SHIPPING POLICY
At WBCo Clinic we will do our very best to process your order within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped so you can start getting excited! If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check in your spam folder. If you selected and paid for the tracked shipping option at the checkout, you will get a tracking reference (delivery reference number for UK customers) with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your WBCo parcel as it makes its way to you. Hurrah for modern technology!
For UK customers, the number you are given will let you know if a delivery attempt has been made and how to organise getting your order, should you miss it.
IMPORTANT! If you do not select a tracked postal option, you will not receive a tracking number.
Some of our boxes are too large for most post boxes. If you are not in to receive your order it will be held at your local postal service collection office. It is common for some postal services to not give adequate notice of attempted delivery, so it is advised that you check with your collection office if the item has exceeded the expected delivery times.
Please note, buyers from outside the UK are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We pride ourselves on providing great quality products and customer service. If for any reason things do not run smoothly here are guidelines for you lovely lot to follow so we can ensure it is all dealt with swiftly.
Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. You must inform us immediately of faulty goods when you receive them and no later than 14 days after. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Incorrect address
If you provide us with the incorrect or incomplete shipping information during check out and the products are shipped, we cannot guarantee they will be returned to us if you do not receive them. If and when they are returned to us in a re-sellable condition, you will receive a refund for the cost of the items only.
Damaged goods
If the products that you receive are damaged, defective or faulty, please contact customersupport@sb1beautygroup.com within 14 days of receiving them and include images of the faulty product and your 5-digit order number in the email.
Once we have confirmed it is faulty, we will email you a returns label to send the product back to us. On receipt of the faulty products you will be offered an exchange or a full refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Order Cancellation
If you change your mind after ordering, email us as soon as possible with the subject title ORDER CANCELLATION, if we receive this request in time, before your order is dispatched, we can cancel your order and we can refund your full amount. We will provide you with confirmation of this via email.
We aim to get orders out to you all as soon as possible, so, if your order has already been shipped once we receive the cancellation email, we cannot cancel it. Depending on where you live, we will give instruction on how to refuse/return the item. Once the product has been received back by us, we can issue a refund for the product but you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred.
IMPORTANT: Make sure not to open the parcel when it arrives (due to hygiene reasons) get in touch with us and we will advise you on how to return the product.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we otherwise can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your product (which is rare as we pride ourselves on quality) please contact us on customersupport@sb1beautygroup.com.
This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights; nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Once your return is received back to us we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.
When returning a product to us from the EU, you must clearly state on the parcel ‘UK Return – All Tax & Duties Paid’ – If we receive a return, where this information has not been made clear and taxes & duties have been charged, we will not accept the return and it will be the customers responsibility to clear these charges. This does not affect your statutory rights.
